Heroes’ 5K & Little Heroes' Marathon

9/11 will forever be remembered by our community and most importantly our first responders. This year the anniversary marks 20 years since that tragic day. We would like to spend time together as a family honoring those who have served and are serving. This 5K is open to the community with proceeds going towards a scholarship fund for the next generation of first responders. Harry Myers Park in Rockwall is a beautiful course with slight elevation and gentle turns. We will have food trucks and entertainment at the time of the 5K and throughout the day. We cannot wait to spend our day with you.

Little Heroes' Marathon

Join us as we encourage little heroes to be active, support our first responders and their families, and run a full marathon (26.2 miles)!

How it works: Children 13 years and younger will run 25 miles on their own time before race day. Log each mile with this link. Clicking on the link will force you to make a copy of your own. Every time they run a mile, record the date and the mile number. Watch as a special surprise picture is revealed! They'll need to run and log all 25 miles to get the complete picture prior to race day. On race day, they will run the remaining 1.2 miles and earn a marathon medal. Have fun and we can't wait to watch you finish your first marathon!
